1. Cancellation of order

After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, please review our returns policy below.

 

2. Return Policy

 

At La Brocantoise, we offer antique objects sold in their original condition, without restoration or prior cleaning. We understand that some items may not be suitable once received. Therefore, we accept returns under the following conditions:

 

Withdrawal period: In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

 

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [labrocantoise@gmail.com] or [06 43 43 41 02]. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item.

 

Item Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, along with any accessories.

 

Return costs: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or to a defective item whose characteristic was not previously mentioned in the product sheet.

 

Refund: Once the item is returned and inspected, we will refund the amount of the item, excluding the initial shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for purchase.
